Wherever you are from you are assured of a warm family welcome at Cae Hir
Every year we enjoy the company of all manner of groups at Cae Hir, from local WI visits to Gardening Clubs from around the UK as well as International Garden Tours.
Your group will be given our full attention for the duration of your stay, from meeting and greeting the bus to waving it goodbye.

Our group rate for 2026 is £9.50 per person which includes a complimentary copy of our Garden Guide for every member as well as the meet and greet service from the bus and short welcome talk by Stuart, our head gardener and co-owner.
To qualify, groups must be 10 or more and book in advance. Please use our Group Booking Form

Your group's refreshment needs, from morning coffees to light lunches and afternoon teas will happily be catered for by us in Y Sied.

Our new and expanded tearoom will comfortably seat all groups in either 1 or 2 sittings depending on the size of the group and the weather conditions. If the weather is amenable we can happily cater for any size of coach in one sitting by also making use of our sunny patio.
Refreshments for groups must be booked in advance using our Group Catering Form. We do not automatically cater for groups if this is not done.
